Big wet eyes

I haven't completed reading this one yet.

Thursday, March 27, 2008

The other day my uncle came all the way from Sibu to help us out with some stuff, and before that my aunt asked me to pass her a copy of Heroes DVD cause she can't wait to watch it.

But I forgot to pass it to my uncle to take back to Sibu!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope she's really not annoyed or anything..... Or angry.

Sorry le.

I like sending songs to other people via msn, and finally my love for my beloved artists have somehow transferred to others via the file sent through msn too.

Ah, dun underestimate the power of instant messaging. You really can send love through the music files you send to people.

Somehow I am really very happy when people express to me their liking for the song.

"Really????? You really like it???? I'm so happy!!"

Like that, shining shining with joy whenever someone tells me they like the song I send. I feel music is really something that suits every mood and speaks a thousand words.

Whatever mood you are in, there's always the right kind of song for the occasion.

I don't really know how to comfort people when they are sad, couldn't choose the correct words for it. When people are happy, I don't really know what to say to make them even happier too. I'm not that good with words and expressing myself very well I think. Maybe it's my limited vocabulary? lol. But if you ask me to choose a song to represent what I want to say to you, the song would be much more accurate than what I'd say to you after thinking for a long time.

That's why I am always interested in lyrics and poetry. These two don't really differ much, in my opinion. There's the hidden meaning that's behind lyrics and poetry that's very exciting to find out about or decipher.

Music. I like to close my eyes and just,

Listen.

Procrastinator

I've been slacking off lately and putting off work as usual.

That includes math studying, Electronics Systems, and Engineering Project journal writing.

We have maths and electronics systems exam both in week 7! The horrorrrrrr!!!!!!

I'm gonna be overloaded with work once I have to complete them all~~ studying and report writing.

But right now, have fun first! =D

And suffer later. =(

Tagged by Joyce

Instructions: Remove 1 question from below and add in your personal question, make it a total of 20 questions, then tag 8 people in your list, list them out at the end of this post.

1. At what age do you wish to marry?
If I can actually find the person who I love, maybe around 25 to 27. That would be the most suitable time.

2.If you can turn into anything, what do you wish you can turn into?
A main character from a children's fairy tale. Because in fairy tales, whatever happens, the story will always have a happy ending. Ya I know it's silly.

3.If you were stranded on an desert island, who are the 3 blog buddies you would take with you? Why?
Joyce - because she's fun to be with, you can always appreciate a friend that makes you laugh and smile when you're together =D
Yvonne - She is super cute and knows how to have fun! Plus fangirling together.
<3 lovefighter <3 - Similar music interests. We can talk about music all day long and fangirl together!
And most importantly I know these three will get along well!
p/s: Can build a huge mall on the desert island?

4.Where is the place that you want to go most?
Right now, it's to Japan, to watch Mika Nakashima live in a concert and get her autograph. Then, if I die, I'll die the most happy girl in the world. Plus shopping there.

5.If you have one dream to come true, what would it be?
To live my life contently knowing I've done what I want in my life.

6.DO you believe in seeing the rainbow after the rain?
Yes, I do. No rain, can't get the rainbow.

7.what are you afraid to lose the most right now?
Happiness for people around me and myself.

8. What cheers you up for the rest of the day?
Good news, or good music!

9.If you meet someone you love, would you confess to him/her?
So far, I've never actually done anything positive to encourage anything happening between me and someone I love(?? like??). I'm just shy.

10.List out three good things of the person who tagged you.
Joyce Jong
1. Fun to be with.
2. We laugh and talk about silly things, and serious things. Anything.
3. I that I'm too tall when I'm with her. What can I say, she must be around 150cm. Kawaii shortie girl.

11. What are the requirements that you wish from your other half?
a) Love me a lot.
b) Understanding and respect between each other.
c) I'm happy when I'm with him.

12.What type of person do you hate the most?
Two-faced.

13.What would you do if you won a million dollars?
Buy something nice for family and friend and myself. (No, I am not gonna mention any charity fund because this is really what I wanna do. I know I'm shallow)

14.What is your ambition?
I wanted to be an interior designer, and then it was businesswoman, and then I liked the idea of venturing into real estate. But I've always wanted to be an interior designer (and help other people spend money). Somehow I ended up studying Electrical & Electronics Engineering instead.

15.What would you wanna be after you're dead?
A puff of white cloud in the sky. I can go anywhere I want to go.

16. If you have a chance, which part of your character would you like to change?
Quick-tempered-ness.

17.What would you most want to achieve right now?
Enlightenment lol just kidding. Joy.

18.What do you think is the most important thing in your life?
Love. When you have love from people around you, you pretty much have everything. =D

19. If there’s one thing in your life you want to do but yet unable to, what would it be?
Like my life from the perspective of another person's. It would be pretty interesting.

20. What happens when I tag more than eight people?
I can't find that many people to tag. All are tagged already. It's hard enough finding 8.
I tag:
Likming
Ah Kit yellow
Ian Chang
Avery
Soon Eng
Jason Yeo
Saykhia
Ninghua
<3 lovefighter <3

These people are required to do the tag because I wanna read those tags! And because I have to waste my time typing tag I wanna waste their time too.

The road not taken

Have you ever wondered what will happen if you went to Form 6 together with your friends and now is one of those who received their results for STPM?

I sure thought of it before, and after the STPM results are out, looking at my friends' results, I thought of it again.

What kind of result will I probably get if I sit for STPM? Will I experience a fallout from lack of motivation (cause not many friends are fighting along) and breakdown from the workload and stress...

Or persevere through all the hardship and get good enough results and get the course I want in a public uni (and pay cheap fees)?

Guess I'll never ever know now...

I feel like the persona in the poem The Road not Taken.

All the best!

STPMers are gonna know their results tommorow...

All the best to all STPMers~ especially my friends and those I know. Good luck to all.

Two of my friends deserve a special shoutout.

Stephanie ~ my one and only dearest friend who I love always and remember even though you're not in the same town as me anymore. I know how much you've worked hard for your exam and wish you best result, always...

<3 lovefighter <3 ~ You are a special friend in my heart cause I believe we understand each other very well on certain terms. I know how much it means to you, the STPM results, how it will change how everything will be in future. So, good luck to you...

Everyone has worked their asses off, those taking Form 6. So you're all real fighters and winners regardless of the results! Thumbs uppppp!

Mika Nakashima graces the cover of Rolling Stone (JP)

According to Tokyographe and Sports Hoshi :
Singer Mika Nakashima has been chosen as the first Japanese person to be on the cover of Rolling Stone Japan.

The American-based Rolling Stone launched the Japanese version of its magazine last March. Past issues have featured overseas artists on the cover, but Nakashima will break tradition with the April issue (on sale March 10), which will also include a 4-page feature on her. There is further talk that Nakashima may appear on the cover of the U.S. edition in the future.

The magazine's editor selected her for the cover because he wanted a female artist whose impact extended beyond just music. Nakashima, who is involved in areas such as fashion and acting, was a natural choice.
